A: You have two options. You can upgrade to a higher-tier plan by clicking "Upgrade Now" or navigating to "Manage Subscription." Upgrading offers the most significant discounts on credits; however, please note that subscription credits are valid only for the current billing cycle and will be cleared upon expiration. Alternatively, if you prefer credits that do not expire, you can purchase one-time "Permanent Credits" (see the next question for details).
Q2: Can I purchase additional credits without upgrading my plan? Is it possible to buy one-time credits?
A: Yes, absolutely. We offer "Permanent Credits" that you can purchase according to your needs. These credits are not tied to a subscription period and will never expire. However, please be aware that because they offer the flexibility of never expiring, they do not enjoy the same deep discounts as the credits included in our subscription upgrades.
Q3: Will I have multiple subscriptions if I upgrade my plan?
A: No, you'll only have one active subscription at any time. When you upgrade or downgrade, your new plan immediately replaces your previous subscription.
Q4: If I have remaining credits in my current plan, will they carry over when I upgrade?
A: It depends on the type of credits. Credits obtained through a subscription plan are valid only for that specific billing cycle and will be cleared (reset to zero) when the cycle ends; they do not roll over. However, if you have purchased "Permanent Credits," these will remain in your account indefinitely until used. The two types of credit balances are calculated and tracked independently.
Q5: Can I cancel my subscription?
A: Yes, you can cancel anytime by going to "Manage Subscription" in your account settings and selecting "Downgrade to Free Plan."
Q6: Can I delete my account?
A: Yes, you can delete your account by scrolling to the bottom of the "Manage Subscription" page and selecting "Remove Account." Please review our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for more information.
Q7: Can I get a credit refund if the generated results don't meet my expectations?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot offer credit refunds. Generative AI inherently involves uncertainty and variability in outputs. While we continuously improve our models to better meet user expectations, achieving optimal results currently requires experimentation and learning on the user's part.
Q8: Why didn't I receive my initial 100 free credits?
A: New users typically receive 100 complimentary credits upon first registration when their IP address has a good standing. However, you won't receive this welcome bonus if our system detects unusual IP activity or if you're re-registering after deleting a previous account.
Q9: Why am I being asked to subscribe even though I still have free credits remaining?
A: Free credits have different usage restrictions depending on the feature. While they can be used without limitations for video generation features (such as Image to Video), image generation features (like Text to Image) are limited to a certain number of trial uses in free mode. To continue using image generation features beyond the trial limit, you'll need an active subscription.
